- Analytics data: pages visited, time on site, device type, browser and approximate location via Google Analytics 4 (GA4). GA4 uses aggregated, anonymised data and does not personally identify you unless you submit a form.
- Server logs: IP address, page requests and referrer headers retained for security purposes.

- Project files and client data: 5 years from project completion (to support warranty claims and legal disputes).
- Payment records: 7 years (statutory requirement).
