A Nairobi team that actually
builds the thing.
Qaribuhub Solutions LTD is a software development and artificial intelligence company based in Westlands, Nairobi. We design and engineer websites, mobile apps, AI-powered agents and payment-integrated business systems for Kenyan businesses — and anyone who needs a team that understands how commerce actually works in this market.
Building digital bridges with you.
Our name is rooted in the Swahili word karibu — itself borrowed from the Arabic qareeb, meaning "near" or "close." A hub connects things. Put them together and you get the whole brief: bringing businesses closer to their customers, their payments and the tools they need to grow.
We started because we noticed that most Kenyan businesses were being handed websites that looked fine on a designer's screen but didn't load reliably on a Safaricom connection, didn't accept M-Pesa, and didn't show up on Google when a customer searched for them. We decided to fix that.
Our values
Clarity over cleverness
We write code and scopes that the next person can understand. No unnecessary complexity, no lock-in, no magic boxes your team can't open.
Built for this market
M-Pesa first. Offline-aware. Fast on 3G. Accessible on a KES 8,000 Android. We design for how Kenyans actually use technology — not for a reference device in San Francisco.
Honest scopes, real prices
We quote what a job actually costs before we start it. No scope creep surprises. No hidden "after launch" fees. If something changes, we tell you immediately.
Long-term partnerships
We measure ourselves by what your business looks like a year after launch, not just the day we hand over the files. That's why support retainers exist — and why clients keep coming back.
How we work with you
Free scoping call — no commitment.
We map your goals, your users and your technical needs before a single proposal is written. Most calls are 30–45 minutes via Google Meet or phone.
A clear scope and a real number.
You receive a written proposal with a fixed price, a timeline, a payment schedule and a list of exactly what's included — and what isn't. No mystery quotes.
Real screens, early feedback.
Wireframes and high-fidelity mockups reviewed and iterated with you before development begins. We include three rounds of revisions in every design phase.
Agile sprints with staging links you can click.
Two-week sprints. A staging URL at the end of each sprint. You test the real thing, not a Figma frame, before the next phase starts.
Go-live, handover and what comes next.
Full QA, deployment, staff training and a post-launch support window. For clients on retainer, this is the start of an ongoing relationship — not the end of the project.
