The brief

Most website chatbots ask the site owner to do the hard part first: write every flow, script every canned answer, and maintain a separate knowledge base by hand before the bot is useful for anything. That upfront effort is exactly why so many small and mid-sized business sites never add a chatbot at all — the cost isn't the tool, it's the setup. The brief for SunzlyAI was to remove that step entirely: install with one script tag, and have the chatbot teach itself from content that already exists on the site.

What we built

• A single CDN script embed that any site can paste into its theme or Google Tag Manager — no developer sprint, no plugin marketplace, no template to configure.
• An automatic site crawler that reads a website's own pages, products, policies and FAQs, so every chatbot answer is grounded in real, current content instead of a generic script.
• A merchant dashboard covering usage, domains and full conversation transcripts, so a site owner can see exactly what visitors are asking and tighten up an FAQ entry where an answer falls short.
• Domain-locked API keys, so a chat quota issued for one site can't be lifted and reused on another — with one account supporting up to 10 connected domains.
• A brandable widget that's labelled as AI by default, streams answers in real time, and is styled to sit naturally on the host site rather than looking like an obviously bolted-on plugin.
• A tiered pricing model — Free, Starter, Pro and Business — so a site only pays once its chat volume actually outgrows the free allowance.
